This is the 4th place that I have renovated. Qi Xuan was engaged as the ID and I must compliment her complete professionalism and extensive knowledge in the industry. Her designs to cater to our ideas and living concept were fantastic as usual. Her reputation definitely precedes her. But to see the transformation from idea to digital design to physical creation up to the most minute detail is ecstatically jaw-dropping. She is rare and is definitely the best ID I have ever worked with.
She is always responsive and no questions were left unanswered. Even when serious issues arise, she resolves them with little to no impact for us. She goes above and beyond her duties as an ID to help us in various ways when we requested. She is organized, reactive, has great supervision and all her deliverables were met on time. Most importantly, my involvement in the whole renovation process takes up the bare minimum amount of time for me so that it is not wasted unlike some IDs from other company from past experiences. I feel secure and satisfied as I watch her work progress. Didn't feel the need to oversee or manage.

TLDR: Would definitely recommend this ID firm to everyone looking to renovate their place. Aside from the fantastic job they did, the most important is that they didn't run away with our hard-earned money.
The company is relatively new, but all three of the founder-partners have more than a decade’s experience in interior design. This really showed, as they were our eighth ID meeting and we decided to work with Jasmine and Brandon after two initial meetings.
The design process was relatively painless; we told them our likes and dislikes, and they would offer recommendations and proposed changes. What was important was that they could visualise what we wanted (for example, a bar table in the kitchen), something other IDs told us "no" to or tried to discourage us from having. We even named one of our IDs Mr No No because he kept saying No to everything we wanted. Jasmine and Brandon didn't completely discourage us, but instead offered opinions on how to ensure the space wouldn't feel cluttered.
They asked for our rather modest budget upfront, and I'm glad we didn't go over too much. Since we had to renovate the resale flat completely (it was a first-owner flat), we calculated windows and electricals separately to keep things clear. During the renovation itself, Brandon constantly visited the site and kept us updated on everything via WhatsApp with pictures. When we couldn’t make decisions (for example door knobs), he would offer a recommendation on which ones to choose.
During the handover, both Jasmine and Brandon were present to help us go through the final touch-ups. They were very meticulous in ensuring everything was in order before officially turning the place over to us.
Would I recommend them? A resounding yes, in a heartbeat.
This is our second time engaging Jasmine to help us with our renovations. We had a smooth, hassle-free experience working with Jasmine for our home renovation.
From design to execution, Jasmine was extremely professional, detail-oriented, and attentive to our needs. She provided creative yet practical solutions, kept us updated throughout, and managed the project efficiently and ensured we got what we wanted in the design.
